Since its beginnings in 1917, Elessent Clean Technologies has designed thousands of sulfuric acid plants. We offer complete product, technology, and design equipment packages for all segments of the sulfuric industry including Spent Acid Recovery, Metallurgical and Sulfur Burning.
Long-lasting Expertise From Owner-operators
Our expert engineering personnel can take existing customer drawings and engineer the latest designs to accommodate existing facilities of customers in the sulfuric acid and other industries with new or replacement equipment. We offer complete engineering design modifications for tower replacements, along with required piping, ductwork and structural modifications.
Our dedicated designers can work with customers to modify equipment or layouts that will allow for the easiest installation of new, high-performance MECS® ZeCor® alloy equipment. We are often tasked with finding new and innovative ways to install acid distributors, piping, packing support grids, towers and pump tanks and other products.

First-Class Design Engineering & Inspecting Services
Our design engineering group includes all necessary disciplines generally required for a sulfuric acid plant or other process-related project or technology. We also utilize current state-of-the-art tools such as 3D CAD and CFD. A high percentage of the organization has previous plant operating, maintenance, and/or start-up experience, which help to bring a practical approach to engineering evaluations, troubleshooting and new technology solutions.
Our experienced process engineers can evaluate your plant for bottlenecks, expansion studies, or plant revamp projects, as well as offering new plant design. With vast manufacturing expertise, our knowledgeable product engineers can help you to overcome equipment failures.
We also offer inspecting services for field inspection of equipment or welder qualifications on our ZeCor® family of materials for on-site repairs.
