Bryan Sutter is the General Counsel of Elessent Clean Technologies, overseeing all aspects of the company’s legal affairs.

With extensive experience in the energy and agricultural sectors, Bryan previously served as Chief Legal Officer of Summit Utilities, Inc., and in various legal roles with Peabody Energy Corporation and Bunge North America, Inc. He began his legal career in private practice with Thompson Coburn LLP.

Bryan earned his J.D. from Vanderbilt University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance from Southern Methodist University.
